Return Policy

We understand that shopping online is different than to trying things on in the shop. Therefore, if you have any change of mind or it does not fit correctly, or for whatever reason you are not happy with our product, we offer a full refund within 21 days of purchase. We also offer free returns through An Post.

How to return an item:

  1. Have your order number and email address ready.
  2. Click here to enter the return process.

If the link is not working, click on ‘Return Items’ on the bottom of the website, under customer support.

  1. Follow the instructions on screen to process your return request.
  2. One you submit your request; we will review it and either accept or reject your request.
  3. Once we accept or reject, you will get an email notification. You will also receive an email with a pre-paid label. You will have to stick on this label (with see through Sellotape, ensuring no details are blocked) onto the package.
  4. Once you have it packed, just drop it off at any An Post branch.
  5. We will process your refund and the money will arrive back on the card which was used to make the purchase in a couple of days.

Non-returnable items:
Gift cards.

Items which are not in its original condition.

Already worn items.
